My Story:

My name is Beth, I live in Bromley with my husband and two young children. Since having children I have realised just how difficult it is to juggle work, home and parenting and found it hard to prioritise my own physical and mental health. I am on a mission to change this and to help other women do the same! I have 15 years experience in the sport and fitness world and I want to use my knowledge to help other women find their confidence with exercise.  Time to take back some time for us, to prioritise our own health goals.

My Aims:

My aim for BEYONDFIT is to offer accessible classes for all fitness abilities, being affordable and flexible; and somewhere where you can simply have a good time while getting physical and mentally stronger. I believe fitness goes beyond just your body shape and it is my mission to help women find their happiness within themselves.

I want to give you an opportunity to put yourself first for a change, offering a very affordable and flexible way of getting your mental and physical health back on track. But beyond that, a chance to meet other women, like you, in our local area, to chat to and network with and share the load of womanhood! We are now regularly organising little social events - as it is genuinely a lovely socialiable group.
